13 years leading M&A Integrations in-house for Cisco, PayPal and Twilio respectively, partnering with acquiring business organizations to develop and execute integration strategies and plans of widely varying size and complexities, with primary focus on the achievement of the intended business goals and value. Have built M&A Integration programs from ground up, while also developing and evolving various M&A Integration frameworks and playbooks based on success achieved, problem-solving and key learnings.

Have lived and worked abroad, primarily in EU, Australia, Asia-Pacific. Currently split my time between my business and U.S. location in Arizona and my home in Baja California Sur, Mexico.
